He writes at his Substack ‘Once a Week’ where he covers subjects such as soul care, Biblical reflections, theology, and psychology. He has a master’s degree in counselling from Covenant Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s in Bible and pastoral studies from Moody Bible Institute.

Aaron and his wife Kristen live in Kansas City with their two children. In our conversation Aaron details some of the mistreatment his own family have experienced in a church context.

And he also wonderfully shows how a close encounter with Jesus in the gospel of John, has been a healing thing for him.
